What We Do And How It Works

BOSS A SERVICES Pty Ltd has a combined total of 50 staff and associates, we will provide labour from within our current pool of existing staff and/or use the resources of incumbent staff if required.

This will ensure the best quality and least possible incidence of safety or performance issues in the servicing of your facility.

1. PLANNING BEFORE THE SERVICE STARTS
​
Our planning stage starts once we have been awarded the contract, we will request a formal meeting involving your people and our people. This will help us identify and agree on scope of work, expectations and KPIs to jointly measure progress and success of the service(s) provided.
The minutes/outcome of the meeting will be documented clearly to reflect set of joint objectives and timescales for achievement.

2. EXECUTION AND PROGRESSES OF SERVICE
Weekly, monthly or as agreed, our reports will be made available to ensure the highest standards of quality control we are using.
We will jointly review achievements on quarterly basis. At the end of the first year we will set up a repeat meeting, involving the same group of people as the first meeting, we mutually agree on objectives and timescales or the following year.

3. CLIENT SATISFACTION REVIEWS
​
We employ a dedicated Client Manager, which will be contactable 24/7 to report any unexcepted failure in the provided service(s). The Client Manager will act immediately to resolve any issue by visiting the site and investigating the issue to understand how to resolve it. Also, regular visits will be conducted to evaluate our performance and identify how we could further improve our service delivery.
